Skill Building
To start off this project, I had done a lot of skill building and practice using Autodesk Maya and Photoshop. Here is a collage of all the work that came out of skill building:
Context
After Practicing on Maya and Photoshop, I started to work on my context slide; Looking at other examples of advertising campaigns and software's that is used in the process. When talking about the advertisements, I spoke about the techniques they seemed to used and other design elements. When it came to the different software's you can use, I made sure to add the differences between software's and what features some had.

Another part of context that I did was look into the jobs involved in advertising, and what it concludes of. As well as the portfolios of other peoples' advertising campaigns. This all helped me understand what advertising was about, and the work that is put into it.

From there I started to brainstorm my own ideas of a product I could advertise.

Research

Before further brainstorming ideas for my own product and advertisement, I did some research on other advertisements and photoshopping. I made sure to look at bad photoshop and good photoshop, So I knew what to avoid and what to do in my own work.

After thoroughly looking at other professional work, I started to further my own brainstorming, and came up with the idea of advertising Hover-Boots! Boots that can allow you to fly in the sky and get you to places quicker than walking or riding in a car. I made a survey for my family and friends asking what they think about the idea of Hover-Boots.

I also started looking at ideas for my background and the visual theme.
Planning
To carry on the work I was doing in my research, I continued to develop my idea. First I looked at colour palettes, and examples of cyberpunk city backgrounds. I made a style sheet for my advertisement; what sort of fonts I would use, and what colour the font would be.

Because I also had to 3D model my product, I planned out some designs for my product, as well as the material it would be made out of and the 3 other variants it would have.

A lot of other things went into my planning such as the name of my brand, a slogan for my ad and a even creating a fake website. All of this was to create the allusion of a real advertisement campaign.

Production Log
In my Production Log, you can see my gradual process throughout each element of my project; the process of me creating the Hover-Boot model and the process of creating my backgrounds. I also created many different logo designs to put on my advertisement, because all brands have a certain logo they use to identify as, so it makes sense to create one of my own.

Evaluation
The final thing I did for this project was an Evaluation on all the work I had done. This included my honest thoughts about my work and my final product.
